Rabbi Moshe Shkarofsky has been setting up Kosher programs for very large to very small companies for decades. His knowledge of Kosher regulations and food science makes him an expert in Kosher food production. Rabbi Moshe studied in Mexico City and trained under the legendary Kosher expert Rabbi Nota Greenblatt while living in Memphis. Rabbi Moshe specializes in the food grade chemical industry with a special focus on defoamers, emulsifiers and flavors.
