Krispy Kreme: The AKC used to certify the Krispy Kreme Commissary in Atlanta which produced the Krispy Kreme donuts sold in supermarkets with 149 on the inkjet. The commissary has closed.
Krispy Kreme Donuts sold in supermarkets now come from various other facilities.
The AKC can recommend that Krispy Kreme donuts coming from the following facilities with the following numbers on the packaging are certified:
Buford 056
Marietta 044
Ponce 045
Riverdale 042
Woodstock 315

Ready Protein Water (all varieties): The OU certifies Ready Protein Water (all varieties) as OUD-Dairy products. These products contain dairy ingredients as indicated in the ingredients and allergen statements. Some labels were mistakenly printed with a plain OU Symbol missing the D-Dairy designation.

Triscuit Rosemary & Jalapeno with Chia Seeds: The OU certifies Triscuit Rosemary & Jalapeno with Chia Seeds as an OUD-Dairy product. This product contains dairy as indicated in the ingredient and allergen statements. Some packaging was mistakenly labeled with a plain OU Symbol missing the D-Dairy designation.

First Street Marinara Sauce with Cheese: The OU does not certify First Street Marinara Sauce with Cheese.  Some jars were labeled with an unauthorized OU mark. 

Penn Dutch Cookie & Biscuit LLC:  Various cookie products sold by Penn Dutch Cookie & Biscuit LLC bear an unauthorized OK Kosher symbol. This company and their products are not certified by the OK.

Trader Joes Cinnamon Roll Bread mistakenly bear the word Pareve. The product contains butter and is Dairy. (Kashrut.com)
