Kroger Cream Cheeses, Kroger Salad Dressings, Martin’s, Bell Pepper from Israel, Snapple, Planters Nuts, Taryag Mitzvos Class with Rabbi Stein

Some Kroger Cream Cheeses are no longer an OU certified product. Please check the label before purchasing.

Many Kroger Salad Dressings are now certified by the OU. Check the label before purchasing.

Martin’s Funnel Cake Flavored Potato Chips: The OU certifies Martin’s Funnel Cake Flavored Potato Chips as an OU D – Dairy product. This product contains dairy as indicated in the ingredients and allergens statements. Some packaging was printed with an “OU Pareve”; the product is Dairy.

Bell Peppers from Israel are being sold at local stores and require the taking of Terumos and Maaseros. Consumers should look carefully for the country of origin by checking the fine print on the package, or the sticker on individual pepper. The same brand may have some peppers from Israel and some from other locations, so each package or pepper should be checked.

Many Snapple products are kosher and have an OK on the bottle. Fruit Punch and Cranberry Raspberry Juice Drink are not kosher and have no kosher symbol on the bottle. One needs to be careful when purchasing variety packs as they may contain non-kosher Snapples.

Planters Nut products are acceptable only when bearing the OU symbol. Products bearing a K may contain gelatin, or are processed on equipment that contains gelatin. Check the label before purchasing.
